QUESTION: Can we expand the initial lease term of the RFP lease to three (3) years firm term with seven
(7) optional one (1) year renewal periods?
ANSWER: Currently seeking approval through NAVFAC HQ. Determination is centered on appropriation data, which is not believed to be an issue for the decision.
