About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Survey Questionnaire for Architect-Engineer (A&E) Services IDIQ contract (N00250-25-B002) issued by NEXCOM (Naval Exchange Command). The survey aims to identify potential contractors capable of performing A&E work at NEXCOM's global locations, with contracts typically having a five-year ordering period. The questionnaire seeks detailed information from potential contractors about their capabilities, including their capacity to handle simultaneous task orders (ranging from 1 to over 30 orders), minimum and maximum contract values, and specific A&E service specialties such as architectural, civil, structural, interior, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, environmental, communications, and fire protection services. Respondents must indicate whether these services are performed in-house, subcontracted, or not available, and must confirm their SAM registration, ability to perform at least 51% of services with their own employees, and experience with firm-fixed price and IDIQ contracts.
