About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for an RFQ concerning flat screen display and control panel services.

The scope of work is limited to services for flat screens mounted or requiring mounting in offices, conference rooms, and lounge areas, along with control panels in conference rooms used to operate the flat screens. The contractor must ensure cable and computer connections exist and operate correctly, with some flat screens having Cox Cable service connected. This is a new contract with no incumbent, and no previous service logs are available to inform the scope of work. The government has not provided a comprehensive bill of materials, so contractors must rely on the information provided regarding the current equipment to develop their proposals and service plans.
