About this file
This document is a solicitation for facade installation services at a Military Operations on Urbanized Terrain (MOUT) site located at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. The Air Force intends to award a contract to install facades on buildings 34, 35 and 32, with an option for building 31. Quotes are due by September 16, 2022.
The solicitation requests quotes to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to install durable and realistic looking facades on the buildings that can withstand weather conditions such as high winds, dust storms, rainfall, temperature fluctuations and military training exercises. The facades must recreate the appearance of damaged urban areas from conflict zones in Eastern Europe. Offerors must complete a Technical Volume Questionnaire and provide pricing for each building. Award will be made based on an assessment of technical acceptability and price. The contract is set aside for small businesses and is being solicited by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command.
