FA4877-22-Q-A381 Military Operation and Urban Training (MOUT) Site Questions and Answers Set #1
Government Responses in Red
1. Is it possible to have the CONEX building numbers placed on the pictures that were provided in the RFP?
a. RFQ updated with building numbers for the CONEX containers.
2. Will the containers ever move or are they permanent? (Looks like 53’ trailers modified?)
a. The likelihood that these CONEXs ever moving is rather low to non-existent, but they are capable of being moved.
3. Are there any safety constraints/restraints around the structure your members will be training around?
a. Some of the CONEXs do have safety railings installed along them.
4. Are we able to submit two (2) packages since we have multiple façade options and volume pages are limited for submission?
a. No, per the RFQ each offeror shall only submit one (1) quote/proposal/package. The technical volume is 10 pages long which doesn’t include the mandatory technical questionnaire, the realistic/past performance photos and the reps/certs do not count toward the technical volume page limit.
