About this file

This document is a monthly maintenance checklist for an air conditioning system at the Western Maryland Hospital Center. The checklist covers various maintenance tasks to be performed on the air handler, compressor/condenser unit, refrigerant monitor, and cooling tower on a monthly basis from March through November. The contract opportunity, provided by the State of Maryland and Washington County, is for the provision of air conditioning maintenance, preventive maintenance, startup/shutdown services, and emergency service 24/7/365 at the Western Maryland Hospital Center.

The checklist details the specific inspections, cleaning, and testing required for the air conditioning equipment, including checking the blower motor, evaporator coil, fan blades, and compressor. The contract opportunity indicates that the selected vendor will be responsible for these monthly maintenance activities, as well as any necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure the proper operation of the system.
