The MESBC issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for a qualified firm or team (the “Consultant”) to serve as the owner’s representative and provide project management services during the design and pre-referendum phase of the approximately 80,000-square-foot roof replacement and HVAC and electrical system replacement/upgrades (the “Project”). The successful Consultant will serve as the owner’s representative and provide project management services (the “Services”) during the design and pre-referendum phases of the Project. This RFP includes only Services in preparation for the Project and does not include the construction or post-construction phases.

The addition of the successful Consultant as project manager (the “PM”) will complete the primary project team, consisting of the MESBC, architect/engineer (the “A/E”), representative stakeholders, and the PM.
The PM’s first assignment will be to draft an RFP for architect/engineer design services for the Project and manage that process in compliance with state procurement guidelines.
