1- The following tasking applies to the following PMSMS portfolios: Family of Field Medical Equipment, Family of Field Feeding and Containers and Family of Shelters and Shelter Equipment:
The Contractor at Marine Corps Systems Command, Albany GA, shall develop, review and update an estimate of 30 Technical Manuals per year. The Contractor shall assign required document numbers and titles to SL-3s and submit all TI’s, SI’s and MI”s for publishing upon Government approval.
2- The following tasking applies to the following PMSMS portfolios: General Purpose Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment to include Anciliary Support Items and Tool Kits:
The Contractor at Marine Corps Systems Command, Albany GA shall develop, review and update an estimate of 30 Technical Manuals per year - Technical Manual

BLK 10, 11, 12, 13 – The Contractor shall create, submit and track for government review, an estimated 85 reports per year (monthly, quarterly, annually). Supporting tasks to the development of the reports include but not limited to:
1- Inventory of the MEDLOGs medical material using DMLSS Equipment Management and Assemblage Modules.
2- Loading and validation of AAOs into GCSS-MC (FY QTR report).
3- At each MEDLOG the contractor shall provide the following monthly reports from Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS): Assemblages Status Reports no less than (12) per year, Due In from Reports no less than
(12) per year, Organization Status Report no less than (12) per year, Gains/Losses Report no less than (12) per year. From JMAR: Maintenance Reports no less than (12) per year.
The Contractor shall submit monthly reports to the Government within agreed timelines at the time of initial tasking. The Contractor shall submitt Quarter and Annual Reports within 30 business days from task receipt. The Government will take up to 30 business days for review and acceptance.

BLK 10, 11, 12, 13 – The Contractor shall biennially commencing in CY18 create, submit and track content for government review, an estimate of 20 reports (biennially). The Class VIII Stocking Level Modeling Reports will be produced from DMLSS. The Contractor shall execute the following tasks in support of the development of the reports:
1- The Contractor shall input all OPFOR, TEEP, ISL and AAO data into a Government approved modeling template to calculate MEF’s equipment stocking levels.
2- The Contractor shall perform research and produce report of stocking levels from Government directed sources to support Inventory Stocking Level and Deferred Items Modeling workshops.
The Contractor shall submit all required reports within 30 business days of task receipt. .
The Government will have 30 business days to review and accept the deliverables.

1- The Contractor shall review and recommend updates to Authorized Medical Allowance Lists and Authorized Dental Allowance Lists (AMAL/ADAL) packing and line lists after each AMAL modernization review – estimated 4 per year.
2- The Contractor shall review AMAL/ADAL configurations updates that affect space allocation or equipment and configuration of the blocks and provide recommendations to update the packing and line lists as ROUTINE DAILY tasking. These tasks are to be executed at Camp LeJeune, NC. No GFE or Government office space is provided.
The Contractor shall submit all required reports within 30 business days of task receipt.
The Government will take up to 30 business days for review and acceptance of deliverables.
