About this file

This document is a NASPO ValuePoint Participating Addendum between Tyler Technologies Inc. and the State of New Jersey, specifically the Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property. The contract is based on a Master Agreement originally established between Tyler Technologies and the State of Utah, serving as the Lead State for a cooperative purchasing agreement. The Participating Addendum enables New Jersey and its authorized purchasers, including state agencies, counties, municipalities, school districts, and other eligible entities, to utilize the contract for citizen engagement platform services.

The contract covers two primary service categories: Platform Management and Master Data Management, with Tyler Technologies' NIC division providing an Enterprise Foundation Platform. The agreement allows for various digital government services, including payment processing, document verification, and identity management. Pricing is population-based and flexible, with potential billing scenarios including implementation fees, monthly SaaS fees, and transaction-based pricing. The contract has an initial term ending on the termination date of the Master Agreement, with potential for two 1-year renewal options. Tyler Technologies will provide ongoing support, training, and platform development, with specific implementation processes involving discovery and implementation phases to ensure effective adoption and utility of the digital government services.
