Contract Summary

This document is a Master Agreement (M4024) between Acentra Health LLC and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through the Department of Human Services (DHS). The agreement establishes a statewide contract available to Pennsylvania state agencies, local governments, and other eligible entities within the Commonwealth. Acentra Health LLC, a healthcare management and consulting firm, serves as the primary contractor under this master agreement framework.

The contract encompasses healthcare management services, including but not limited to program administration, eligibility determination, claims processing, and related health plan operations. Pricing is established on a fee-for-service basis with rates detailed in the pricing schedule attached to the agreement. The contract includes standard renewal and option period provisions typical of Pennsylvania state contracts, with initial term and potential extensions subject to performance and continued compliance with contractual obligations. The agreement is funded through state appropriations and is available for use by all eligible Commonwealth agencies and, where permitted by law, local jurisdictions and educational institutions. This master agreement structure allows multiple state entities to access Acentra Health LLC's services under negotiated terms without requiring separate individual procurement actions.
