This is a Notice of Award and Method of Operation for Term Contract M0483 covering Computer Equipment, Peripherals & Related Services, established through a Master Agreement between the State of New Jersey and 28 computer technology contractors. The contract operates under the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program, enabling both state agencies and authorized cooperative purchasing partners—including local governments and school districts—to procure equipment and services. Participating contractors include Dell Marketing L.P., Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Hitachi Vantara LLC, HP Inc., IBM, Lenovo (United States and Global Technology divisions), Microsoft Corporation, and other major vendors. Each contractor holds one to three band designations (Band 1: Windows-based personal computing devices; Band 2: non-Windows personal computing devices; Band 3: servers and storage).

The contract covers personal computing devices, servers, storage systems, peripherals including printers, and related services such as installation, maintenance, training, asset management, and technical support. Configuration dollar limits are $15,000 per device for Bands 1 and 2, $1,000,000 for Band 3 systems, and $10,000 for peripherals. Pricing is based on minimum discounts provided in each contractor's Product and Service Schedule on the NASPO ValuePoint website, with additional volume discounts available. The contract term runs through June 2025 with potential extension for up to 36 additional months by mutual agreement. Software is restricted to operating systems and must be pre-loaded or provided with initial equipment purchase except for middleware related to Band 3 purchases. Using Agencies must obtain three quotes for purchases exceeding $40,000 and must notify contractors when purchases relate to public works to ensure compliance with Buy American requirements.
