About this file
This is a Lobbying Certification document related to the Paratransit Garage Improvements project for TARTA (Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority) in Ohio. The document serves as a certification statement required from bidders or contractors participating in this state and local contract opportunity. The certification affirms compliance with lobbying restrictions and disclosure requirements that are standard prerequisites for contractors bidding on public sector projects. The document establishes the contractor's acknowledgment of applicable lobbying regulations and certifies that the entity has not engaged in prohibited lobbying activities or will disclose any such activities as required by law.
The lobbying certification is a mandatory compliance document that contractors must complete and submit as part of their bid package for the Paratransit Garage Improvements project. This certification is typically required by federal and state regulations to ensure transparency and prevent improper influence in the procurement process. The document does not contain pricing information, specific project timelines, or contract terms, as it functions solely as a declaratory statement regarding the contractor's lobbying compliance status and commitment to regulatory adherence throughout the contracting process.
