About this file
This is an Addendum No. 3 to the Irving Park Road Lighting Improvement Project, issued by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) or relevant local jurisdiction overseeing the project. The addendum addresses proposed street lighting and related work on Irving Park Road (IL Route 19), spanning approximately 3,000 feet. The addendum establishes a new bid date and time for this project, superseding previously announced deadlines. Key project details regarding specific lighting improvements, quantities of fixtures or materials, site visit requirements, and any mandatory bidders' conferences should be referenced in the original bid documents and preceding addenda. The revised submission deadline and all associated response requirements are specified within this addendum to ensure bidders have current information for proposal preparation and submission.
The addendum serves to clarify or modify terms, conditions, or procedural requirements from the original solicitation and prior addenda. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 3 with their proposals to confirm they have reviewed the updated requirements and agree to the new bid date and time. All pricing, contract terms, funding sources, and other substantive project specifications remain governed by the original invitation for bids and any applicable previous addenda unless explicitly modified by this addendum. Contractors should carefully review all project documents in their entirety to ensure full compliance with current requirements and deadlines.
