About this file

Written by GovTribe AI · Feb 14, 2025

This is an internal catalog spreadsheet template from OPTFM (Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management) for suppliers to submit ammunition product information. The spreadsheet includes detailed instructions for suppliers to input product details including supplier name, ID numbers, part numbers, descriptions, pricing, delivery timeframes, and manufacturer information. The template appears to be part of a standardized process for adding ammunition products to a purchasing catalog.

The spreadsheet requires specific formatting including character limits for fields, unique values for certain columns, and standardized units of measure. Key required fields include contract pricing, MSRP pricing, NIGP classification codes, delivery terms (maximum days), product descriptions (both short 99-character and long 2000-character versions), searchable terms, manufacturer details, and hyperlinks to product information. The template enforces data standardization through predefined field types and validation rules.
