About this file

This is an Intent to Single Source document from the City of Jacksonville, Florida, regarding the procurement of WebTMA facilities management software, services, and support. The City seeks to implement a unified facilities management solution to enhance coordination and operational efficiency across multiple City departments. The solicitation indicates the City's intention to award a single-source contract rather than conduct a competitive bidding process, streamlining the procurement of this specialized software platform and associated implementation and support services.

The document reflects the City's determination that WebTMA software represents the most suitable solution for its facilities management needs given the interdepartmental coordination requirements and operational complexities involved in managing City facilities. The single-source approach suggests that the City has identified specific capabilities or integration requirements that make this particular vendor's offering essential to their operational objectives. Additional details regarding contract term, pricing structure, implementation timeline, and support service levels would be contained within the complete solicitation documentation and subsequent contract negotiations with the selected vendor.
