About this file

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) offer form for Information and Technology services submitted to the State of Illinois. The document serves as the standardized bidding template (v.25.2) that vendors must complete and submit in response to the State's solicitation for Managed Database Services. The form requires bidders to provide their offer in full compliance with all requirements specified in the solicitation document section A.1, with bidders acknowledging that failure to meet all requirements will result in disqualification.

The document addresses several critical bidding elements, including provisions for bidders to claim applicable preferences under the Illinois Procurement Code, such as the Domestic Product Preference, which requires vendors to designate "Domestic Product" in the Alternate Description field for qualifying line items. Additionally, bidders may take exceptions to the Information and Technology Standard Terms and Conditions by submitting a redline version of the terms with their offer, though the State reserves the right to accept or reject any proposed exceptions. The form requires the authorized representative of the bidder to sign and date the submission, formally committing the bidder to perform in full compliance with the solicitation requirements. Specific pricing terms, award dates, contract duration, and other financial details are not disclosed in this form excerpt.
