a. All California Department of Parks and Recreation programs occupying the Statewide Program Support Center, and associated facilities owned and leased by the State of California, are located at 4940 Lang Ave, McClellan Park, in Sacramento County. The Statewide Program Support Center is comprised of Bays F, G, H, I, and J, with an entrance lobby, eight (8) bathrooms, three (3) break rooms, six (6) large office areas, and approximately 60 other offices, storage areas, or utility rooms. The California Department of Parks and Recreation shall handle all custodial work for the museum collection and warehouse spaces while the contracted custodial companies shall be responsible for custodial functions in the general use spaces.
