About this file

This is an Addendum #1 to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the California Department of Water Resources for Solicitation #10217692 regarding Phytoplankton Analysis Services. The addendum, dated April 21, 2026, provides clarifications to technical questions submitted by prospective bidders. The document addresses two key inquiries: bidders must submit proposals for the estimated quantities listed on the Bid Sheet in their entirety and cannot submit bids for partial quantities such as 100 samples per year, with any alterations to the Bid Sheet resulting in bid rejection. Additionally, samples are permitted to be shipped outside of California for evaluation purposes.

The addendum contains minimal pricing or financial information, focusing instead on clarifying bid submission requirements and technical parameters for the phytoplankton analysis services contract. Prospective bidders are required to comply with the bid sheet specifications and may not propose alternative quantities or arrangements.
