About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Veterans Home at Anna (IVHA) for cable/satellite TV services. The RFQ seeks installation, equipment, and cable/dish programming for 63 TVs, including running cable lines from a dish to a central location, installing 48-channel HD programming, and utilizing non-penetrating roof mounts if a dish is needed. The customer will select 48 channels, and the vendor will not charge for equipment the customer already owns. The RFQ has a due date listed in BidBuy, and the selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and services and offer the lowest price. The contract term is 7 years.
The RFQ includes pricing terms, such as a monthly programming charge subject to change based on the consumer price index. The vendor must adhere to COVID-19 protections as outlined in the Executive Orders issued by the Governor of Illinois. The State of Illinois Chief Procurement Officer for General Services reserves the right to reject all offers or individual offers for failure to meet any requirement, and the Agency may also implement vaccination or testing requirements that exceed those in the Executive Orders.
