About this file
This document is an amendment to CPO Notice 2022.05 issued by the Illinois Central Management Services Bureau of Strategic Sourcing. The amendment addresses changes to COVID-19 protection requirements for certain contractors, superseding previous Executive Orders. It requires all state agencies to incorporate updated COVID-19 clauses into solicitations, mandating that contractors adhere to face covering, vaccination, and testing requirements per the new Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the installation, equipment, and cable/dish programming services for 63 TVs at an Illinois state facility. The scope includes running cable lines, installing 48-channel HD programming, and utilizing non-penetrating roof mounts if a dish is needed. The vendor will not charge the customer for any equipment the customer already owns, and existing equipment or cable may be used if feasible.
