About this file

This is a Scope of Work document outlining HVAC line replacement services for a government facility. The document does not specify particular states, agencies, consortiums, or companies involved, presenting instead a general statement of work for facility improvements.

The scope encompasses the replacement and insulation of HVAC dual purpose heating and cooling water lines across three facility locations: the Infirmary (approximately 60 linear feet of supply and return lines serving two fan coils with two isolation valves), the Doctor's Office (approximately 40 linear feet of supply and return lines serving two fan coils with two isolation valves), and Staff Development (approximately 20 linear feet of supply and return lines serving one fan coil). The work requires coordination with the facility schedule and necessitates a scheduled shutdown during mild weather. Priority shall be given to isolation valve installation to restore HVAC operations as quickly as possible. The document does not specify pricing, contract amounts, option periods, renewals, or set-asides.
