gen_id: Acquire technical engineering development and support services for installation, logistics and management services (ILMS) required primarily within the continental United States (CONUS), including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico, and/or OCONUS on an as-needed basis. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, test equipment, to develop, integrate, deploy, enhance and maintain new and existing USCG command, control, communications, computer, and information technology systems. These systems are deployed on Coast Guard vessels and aircraft, unmanned facilities (i.e. Navigation Systems) and shore-side command centers located throughout the United States and world.

guidance: The installation and logistics management support services are required by C3CEN shall include, but not be limited to U.S. Coast Guard wide Command, Control, Communication Computer and Information Technology (C4IT) system installation and logistics management. Required support services shall include, but not be limited to, the following system documentation support, system installation and de-installation of equipment, system Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) support, system field support; and System Management and Engineering Facilities (SMEF) support.

The primary areas of security involves _________________(fill in as applicable). These functional groups will involve baseline mock-ups and operational equipment at sites containing classified information. Normally this equipment will be at the location specified in section 8a., however additional sites include other U.S. Coast Guard field units, afloat carriers, or contractor facilities. Certain task orders (TO) issued under this contract will require contractor employees to access and work within classified restricted areas.

Note: Prospective Offerors must hold a valid in-scope facility security clearance issued by the Defense Security Service (DSS) to manage contractor employee security clearances. The time-sensitive nature of task orders issued under this contract precludes CG sponsorship of uncleared facilities.
