Contractor shall require the applicable employees to submit information and documentation requested by CBP to initiate the process.”

Subparagraph B.5.: “These forms must be submitted to the designated CBP official identified in this contract.”

Subparagraph B.6.: “The estimated completion of a BI or SSBI is approximately 60 to 90 days from the date of receipt of the properly completed forms by CBP security office.

Para II. 31, SPECIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENT – CONTRACTOR PRESCREENING:

1.. Contractors requiring recurring access to Government facilities or access to sensitive but unclassified information…..shall verify minimal fitness requirements for all persons/candidates designated for employment under any DHS contract by pre-screening the person/candidate prior to submitting the name for consideration to work on the contract. Prescreening the candidate ensures that minimum fitness requirements are considered and mitigates the burden of DHS having to conduct background investigations on objectionable candidates.

B. AS STATED IN AMENDMENT 003 THE ANSWER TO QUESTION 61 WHICH STATES THE
