About this file
This document contains the questions and answers from a proposers day held by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency for its Operational Fires Integrated Weapon System solicitation. Proposals must address the entire weapon system, though DARPA may award parts of various proposals. While rail transport is not a priority, air cushion systems and single rail cars will likely not be considered. Little site preparation is envisioned for launches. Telemetry-only modifications would be the focus for operations systems rather than overall system development. Full system fault tolerance and mass simulators are required. Unclassified slides from the proposers day will be made available minus industry performer presentations.
