This is a bid sheet specification document from the Maryland Department of Transportation for a small procurement (HQOTTS2595) to purchase ASUS monitors for user workstations. The procurement calls for two specific monitor models: the ASUS BE27ACSBK, a 27-inch wide-screen LED monitor with WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440), designed for video conferencing with integrated webcam, microphone, and speakers; and the ASUS VA27EQSB, a 27-inch Full HD monitor with IPS display, adaptive sync, and eye care features. The bid sheet specifies a quantity of 10 units for each monitor model. The document provides a structured format for offerors to submit pricing information, including columns for manufacturer part number, product description, quantity, unit cost, and total cost, with a grand total line for the complete bid submission.

The bid sheet requires submission of company information including the offeror name, address, EIN/Tax ID, and authorized representative signature, along with the signatory's name, email, title, and submission date. The document does not contain specific pricing details, response deadlines, award dates, or contract term information in the provided content, as these details would typically be found in the associated solicitation documents or cover sheets not included in this specification sheet.
