About this file

This document is a presolicitation notice for information technology support services. The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate intends to procure IT support services on behalf of the Office of Military Commissions. The acquisition will be a hybrid firm-fixed-price, labor-hour, and time-and-materials competitive set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The period of performance includes a 30-day phase-in period and five one-year ordering periods. A draft solicitation, performance work statement, and other documents are attached for review. Interested vendors must submit any questions by December 5, 2019 to the identified contracting specialist. The final solicitation is expected to be issued on or around December 9, 2019, with proposals due by January 7, 2020. The website will be the sole mechanism for distributing solicitation amendments and updates.
