About this file
This draft document provides an overview of the information technology environment and requirements for the Office of Military Commissions. The OMC requires support across five customer groups organized around the convening authority, trial judiciary, military commission defense organization, chief prosecutor, and Guantanamo Bay office. Services will be delivered through four technical support tiers and three customer support levels. The requirement includes support for approximately 800 workstations, 50 network devices, 20 servers, 600 phones, and various video teleconferencing equipment across secure and unsecure networks. Applications include Remedy, SharePoint, wireless management tools, telecommunications management systems, and customer relationship management software. The OMC seeks a contractor to provide help desk, wireless, telecommunications, and customer support services. Historical workload and asset data is provided to support proposal development.
The related pre-solicitation notice is for OMC Information Technology Support Services to be acquired through a competitive SDVOSB set-aside. Proposals are due January 7, 2020 for an acquisition with a 30-day phase-in period and five one-year performance periods. Questions regarding the draft solicitation and documents are due by December 5, 2019. The final solicitation is expected to be issued on or around December 9, 2019. The requirement involves help desk, wireless, telecommunications, and customer support for the OMC IT environment as described in the overview document.
