SOLICITATION QS & AS

Subject: Answers to Questions Submitted Against Solicitation H98210‐17‐R‐0009

Q1: Will the government employees’ ‘Government Travel Charge Card’ be auto‐enrolled in dining program?

A1: Yes, if the awardee proposes the Government Travel Charge Card as the means for program enrollment and tracking of activity.

Q2: If not, how will the government encourage employees to join and dine?

A2: The government did not require a specific means for enrollment and tracking activity. It is up to the Offeror to propose an approach for enrolling employees, tracking spend, validating rebates, and processing rebate payments to the government. The government will enroll employees according to the methodology proposed by the awardee.

Q3: How will the government track the dining activity?

A3: In accordance with PWS 4.3.4, it is the responsibility of the Offeror to track dining activity and provide reports to the government.

Q4: Does the government have relations with any existing restaurant chains aside from the ones that are on the bases?

A4: The DTMO is not aware of any relationships between the government and restaurants located outside of military/government installations.
