Only a vessel satisfying ALL the requirements of Addenda 02 shall be considered eligible for award. If required, quoter will be notified separately and in writing of the requirement to submit past performance references. Quoter shall not submit references unless requested. Any adverse past performance findings may result in quote being determined unacceptable;

(6) Pricing shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-3. The Government may request additional price information from the offeror and the offeror shall comply with the Governments request for supplemental information.

The Government reserves the right to revise terms and conditions of the solicitation prior to the closing date via issued amendment of the solicitation.
