About this file

This is a Participating Addendum for a NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing contract for Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products, administered by the State of Colorado as the Lead State. The participating entities include the State of Wisconsin (State Contract # 505ENT-O21-BODYARMOR-03) and Safariland, LLC as the contractor (Master Agreement No: 164720). The addendum allows Wisconsin state agencies and other authorized entities to utilize the cooperative contract, with municipalities also permitted to participate through a separate Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. Primary contacts include Jaime Marini from Safariland, LLC in Jacksonville, Florida, and James Oleson, Procurement Specialist for Wisconsin.

The contract covers body armor and ballistic resistant products with pricing and payment terms governed by the Master Agreement. All authorized Safariland distributors in Wisconsin are approved to provide sales and service support to participants. The contract is coterminous with the Lead State contract term and includes quarterly reporting requirements to Wisconsin's contract manager. Orders are placed directly with the contractor by participating entities, with deliveries F.O.B. destination freight prepaid. The State of Wisconsin has added its standard terms and conditions as attachments, and the contract includes provisions for cooperative purchasing by municipalities, excluding federal agencies and for-profit private security firms from participation.
