About this file
This is a Federal Required Certification document related to the City of Pasadena Public Health Department's uniform procurement opportunity in California. The document establishes federal compliance requirements and certifications that vendors must meet to participate in this state and local contract opportunity. The certification requirements apply to all potential bidders seeking to supply customized uniforms, including waterproof insulated jackets with hoods, zip-up hoodies, t-shirts, and long sleeve t-shirts for PPHD personnel. These uniforms will be distributed to department staff and utilized during emergency response activities and exercises. The procurement must be completed within the city's fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, with the City of Pasadena intending to establish a long-term vendor relationship for potential future orders.
The federal certifications required for this procurement establish baseline compliance standards that all vendors must satisfy to be considered eligible for contract award. These certifications ensure that bidders meet federal regulatory requirements applicable to state and local contract opportunities. Vendors must review and affirm their ability to comply with all federal requirements specified in the certification document prior to submitting their proposals. The City of Pasadena will evaluate vendor proposals based on their ability to meet both the product specifications and all required federal certifications throughout the contract term.
