About this file
This is a Federal Required Certification document applicable to the Rose Bowl Operating Company's ticketing services contract opportunity in California. The certification pertains to lobbying restrictions and compliance requirements for contractors bidding on major events ticketing services at the Rose Bowl Stadium. The contract scope involves providing comprehensive ticketing services for Major Events (attendance exceeding 20,000 patrons) and select Enterprise Events, with the Rose Bowl hosting approximately twenty-five Major Events annually. The initial contract term commences on or around December 15, 2026, for one year with two one-year renewal options available.
The certification requires that contractors certify no Federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence Federal or Congressional officials in connection with this contract award. Contractors must disclose any non-Federal funds used for lobbying purposes by submitting Standard Form-LLL. The certification must be included in all subaward documents, and all subrecipients must certify and disclose accordingly. Failure to submit the required certification subjects contractors to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation. The contractor's authorized official must sign the certification, acknowledging that false statements are subject to the provisions of 31 U.S.C. Chapter 38 regarding administrative remedies for false claims.
