Block 8: A draft SOP shall be submitted 10 working days prior to assigned suspense for Government review, contractor revisions, and final approval.
Block 9: A distribution statement and / or classification shall be applied to the SOP. The applicable distribution statement and/or classification marking ll be provided to the Contractor when the SOP requirement is identified.
Block 10: A SOP will be generated for each area prior to the accr ditation of the area. Historically, between two and fourteen SOPs are developed r Each SOP will be reviewed, revised as necessary to remain compliant with cur security policy, and coordinated for Government approval at least annually (within a 12 month period).

Submit final copies 3 days after receipt of final Government approval. Regular final copy shall be provided to AEDC/TSD-IP and reproducible copy shall be provided to the supported organization to be maintained within the accredited facility.

Item 17. Specify appropriate price group from one of the following groups of effort in developing estimated prices for each data item listed on the DD Form 1423.
a. Group I. Definition - Data which is not otherwise essential to the contractor's performance of the primary contracted effort (production, development, testing, and administration) but which is required by DD Form 1423.
Estimated Price - Costs to be included under Group I are those applicable to preparing and assembling the data item in conformance with Government requirements, and the administration and other expenses related to reproducing and delivering such data items to the Government.
b. Group II. Definition - Data which is essential to the performance of the primary contracted effort but the contractor is required to pe m additional work to conform to Government requireme s wit ard to depth of content, format, frequency of submitt l, p eparatio ntrol, or quality of the data item.
timated Price - Costs to be included under Group II are tho curred over and above the cost of the essential data item witho onforming to Government requirements, and the administ and other expenses related to reproducing and delivering uch data item to the Government.
c. Group III. Definition - Data which the contractor must develop for his internal use in performance of the primary contracted effort and does not require any substantial change to conform to Government requirements with regard to depth of content, format, frequency of submittal, preparation, control, and quality of the data item.
Estimated Price - Costs to be included under Group III are the administrative and other expenses related to reproducing and delivering such data item to the Government.
d. Group IV. Definition - Data which is developed by the contractor as part of his normal operating procedures and his effort in supplying these data to the Government is minimal.
Estimated Price - Group IV items should normally be shown on the DD Form 1423 at no cost.
Item 18. For each data item, enter an amount equal to that portion of the total price which is estimated to be attributable to the production or development for the Government of that item of data.
These estimated data prices shall be developed only from those costs which will be incurred as a direct result of the requirement to supply the data, over and above those costs which would otherwise be incurred in performance of the contract if no data were required. The estimated data prices shall not include any amount for rights in data. The Government's right to use the data shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the contract.

Block 9: A control statement, distribution statement and /or classification shall be applied to the OPSEC Plan, as required.
Blocks 8,10-13: A draft OPSEC Program Plan will be initially created and updated/reviewed annually; however, more may be needed to react to specific events or occasions. Submit hard copy or electronic draft OPSEC Plan for local Government approval 30 days prior to contract performance date.

Block 8: A draft SOI/SOP shall be submitted prior to the Facility Security Officer's (FSO) or Government official's certification of the proposed area/facility. Submit hard copy and electronic (as authorized) draft SOI/SOP for local Government coordination 10 days prior to assigned suspense. Government will return the draft within 5 days after receipt and coordinate for final approval/disapproval as required for the specific effort.
Block 9: A distribution statement, designation and/or classification shall be ap ied to the SOI/SOP. The applicable distribution statement and/or classification marking shall be provided to the Contractor when the SOI/SOP re uirement is identified.
Block 10: A SOI/SOP will be generated for each area prior to the certification or accreditation of the area. Historically, approximately 60 Is/SOPs are produced annually; however this number has the potential to luctuat depending on test schedules and mission needs. Each SOI/SOP will evie ised as necessary to remain compliant with current security p y, and coordinated for Government approval at least annually (with 12 mon eriod).
Block 12: A draft SOI/SOP shall be itted 10 king days prior to assigned suspense for Government review, Contr r revisio s, and final approval.
Block 13: An SOI/SOP will be generated for h area prior to the accreditation of the area. Each SOI/SOP will be reviewed, revised as necessary to remain compliant with current security policy, and coordinated for Government approval at least annually (within a 12 month period).
Blocks 14: Submit final copies 3 days after receipt of final government approval.
Regular final copy shall be provided to AEDC/TSD-IP and reproducible copy shall be provided to the supported organization to be maintained within the accredited area/facility.
