10.2 C ~ n t e n t . The plan shall include information necessary to substantiate the-.contractor's approach t o completing the delivery or task order and information necessary f o r the Government to assess the soundness Of the contractor's approach. The plan shall contain the following:

d. Outline of the emergency response documentation requirements necessary in the event of an emergency.
