1.5.6
There seems to be a contradiction between the SOW and the Q&A as regards visas and sponsorship.
Can the government clarify whether or not the government will act as the 'corporate sponsor' of the contractor meaning that the government will prove that it has the applicable office space, provide a trade license with appropriate activities included and thus allow the contractor to process visas and residency for the COMSEC custodians
OR is it the burden of the contractor to provide all necessary infrastructure and sponsorship in order to process the residency and visas for the custodians?
It will be the Contractor's responsibility to complete and submit the required documentation for their employee's visas. The winning contractor will have a copy of the contract, thus they can use that to secure the visas.
Para 1.5.6 will be revised to remove “Sponsorship/Visas” via amendment 0003 of the
RFP.
