DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Health Assessment

Awardable Task Order 2

1.0 PURPOSE

The purpose of this task is to provide USAF with a health assessment of the MHU-141 fleet.

2.0 STATEMENT OF WORK

2.1 Monthly Status Reports: The Contractor shall supply monthly status reports per PWS paragraph

4.18 to support this effort, and shall project timelines to support described efforts. The Contractor shall fully document and explain proposed methodology(ies), and final delivery/ product/result(s)/etc., due to efforts required herein. The contractor shall exhaustively seek to ensure that Government tasks/deliverables are correctly understood, and fully executed to satisfy AFLCMC/WNZEA requirements.

2.2 In accordance with paragraph 4.7 of the PWS, the Contractor shall perform a "health assessment" of the current fleet of MHU-141 trailers. This task requires travel to the following CONUS locations: Nellis AFB, Beale AFB, Mt. Home AFB, Seymour Johnson AFB, and Tyndall AFB.

In addition, this task will require surveys of MHU 141 trailers at the following OCONUS locations: Anderson AFB, Guam; Eilson AFB, Alaska; and RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom.

This assessment shall include a prioritized/ranked list of the causes for trailer downtime or inoperability. The health assessment shall include field surveys of trailer operators as well as maintainers. A final report and details shall be generated in accordance with paragraph 4.10 of the PWS.

3.0 TRAVEL

Travel to the following CONUS locations will be required for this task: Nellis AFB, Beale AFB, Mt.

Home AFB, Seymour Johnson AFB, and Tyndall AFB. Travel shall be reviewed and approved by the Government contracting official per PWS paragraph 4.14 requirements.

4.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (PoP)

The estimated PoP for 2.2 herein shall not exceed 150 calendar days from task order issue.
