DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Drawing Tree

Awardable Task Order 1

1.0 PURPOSE

The purpose of this task is to provide USAF with comprehensive technical data packages for the MHU- 141.

2.0 STATEMENT OF WORK

2.1 Monthly Status Reports: The Contractor shall supply monthly status reports per PWS paragraph 4.18 to support this effort, and shall project timelines to support described efforts. The Contractor shall fully document and explain proposed methodology(ies), and final delivery/product/result(s)/etc., due to efforts required herein. The contractor shall exhaustively seek to ensure that Government tasks/deliverables are correctly understood, and fully executed to satisfy AFLCMC/WNZEA requirements.

2.2 Technical baseline development: In accordance with paragraph 4.6 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (as applicable), the Contractor shall provide an exhaustive drawing tree for both the MHU-110 and for the MHU-141 trailers. Each drawing tree shall incorporate all Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and drawing updates that are available in JEDMICS and pending changes, if any, that are provided by the Air Force.

The drawing tree shall be indentured and, at a minimum, include the following information.

‐ Drawing Number ‐ Drawing Title ‐ Drawing Level (within the drawing tree) ‐ Cage Code ‐ Next Higher Assembly ‐ Quantity per Assembly ‐ Quantity per Trailer ‐ NSN (where applicable) ‐ TO Figure/Index number/information ‐ Purchased parts, specs and standards

Additionally, the Contractor shall provide digital/electronic copies of all drawings related to the MHU-110 and MHU-141 drawing trees.

Upon task completion, a final report and details shall be generated in accordance with paragraph 4.10 of the PWS.

3.0 TRAVEL

Travel shall be reviewed and approved by the Government contracting official per PWS paragraph 4.14 requirements.

4.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (PoP)

The estimated PoP for 2.2 herein shall not exceed 90 calendar days from task order issue.
