1.Answer from Q&A_3 to Question 3A was: "A fork lift is only required for the south side staging area and it must be explosive proof." Does this mean the same fork lift can be used on the north side if it meets the explosive proof requirements of the south side staging area?

The forklift only needs to be EE rated to operate in the storage/staging area. The chemical pumping room and the pour-down room require that the forklift be EX rated (explosive proof rated) which adds a significant cost to the forklift. The current contractor moves the barrels to the outside of the chemical pumping room and then uses a pallet jack to move it into the chemical pumping room. You could move barrels from the staging area to the chemical pumping room as long as you have an explosive-proof (EX) forklift. As for the pour-down room there really isn't room to maneuver a forklift around. You would only be able to get it barely past the double doors before you run into Haz Cabinets.

2.We have tried to access the publications and have been unsuccessful with some, is there a bidders library that can be provided? Specifically the AMXG OI's.

There is no bidder's library that I am aware of. As for OI's, not nall of the OI's are available for public viewing. If there is a specific OI or regulation we can either get it for you or direct you to the person that can grant you access.

3.We would like to request the PDF EESOH guide.

I've attached the EESOH-MIS manual. There is on caveat that some of the EESOH-MIS functions are only done at the pour-down facility and the EESOH-MIS support team do not know how to do these functions. The current contractor has had to figure a work-around to make it work.
