Responses to vendor questions:

Please see the following questions/answers for the Hazmat Pourdown Facility (Solicitation No. FA8224-17-R-0028):

1. Page 12 of 34 of the RFP, 52.212-2 Evaluation states that we will be evaluated on Price, Technical and Past Performance. Can you please clarify what information we are to submit for, "Price - Sum of total price for basic requirement and all options"? The SF 1449 continuation pages (pages 3 through 7 of the RFP) show Item No's 0001 through 4002; however, there is nowhere to provide a sum total price.

The total price can be placed after line item 4002, and anywhere on a cover/summary sheet.

2. Page 12 of 34 of the RFP, 52.212-2 Evaluation states that we will be evaluated on Price, Technical and Past Performance. Can you please clarify what information we are to submit for, "Technical - Ability of Offeror to Meet all Performance Work Statement Requirements and 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors"?

This is a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. Please refer to 52.212-1(4).

3. Page 12 of 34 of the RFP, 52.212-2 Evaluation states that we will be evaluated on Price, Technical and Past Performance. Can you please clarify what information we are to submit for, "Past Performance"? For example, how many projects would you like us to submit to demonstrate our relevant experience?

Please refer to 52.212-1(10) in regards to past performance. There is not a set amount of projects required to submit in order to demonstrate relevant experience. Government sources (e.g. Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System) will also be consulted.

4. Can you please confirm that emailed proposals are due October 27, 2017 at 3:00 pm (MST)?

Yes, proposals are due October 27, 2017 at 3:00 pm (MST). See SF 1449 Amendment 01 for correction in block 8.

5. Is it acceptable to include all technical and pricing information within the same proposal?

6. Is there a particular order of information you would like us to provide our proposal in?
