B-2 Tooling Move Pre-Proposal Conference July 21, Questions and Answers:

Will the contractor have to unload the vans when they reach Tooele?

o Tooele will have all the equipment to unload the vans, the contractor will not need to do it.

Will the Government stack and palletize the shelving?

o Yes, all shelving will be palletized by government workers.

Is there a part/tracking number to each item?

o Yes, there is an 1149 form attached to all of the equipment to help with inventory.

Trucks will be provided with a master copy of all the items that have been loaded on their trucks.

Is custom rigging needed?

o No, the rigging is pretty standard.

What does Tooele want moved first?

o Hill Air Force Base has negotiated with Tooele Army Depot that the larger items will be moved first so that there will be more space to accommodate the move.
