Purpose

This briefing is for informational purposes only

When preparing your proposal always refer to the requirements in the solicitation

Any questions you may have, please contact the Contracting Officer

It is an offeror’s responsibility to submit a well written proposal i.e. adequately detailed information, clearly demonstrates compliance with solicitation, and allows meaningful review by the procuring agency

Built Right, Ready to Fight

Open forum seeking industry input on requirement & processes. Ideas, information and Q&A presented may be recorded and publicized on FBO.gov.

The public forum portion of the Pre-Proposal Site Visit is not appropriate for proprietary disclosures. Please advise if any part of your One-on-One discussion is considered “Proprietary”.

No agreements, promises or other commitments are made or implied by the Government or contractors.

Government chairpersons will acknowledge each speaker and attempt to provide equal opportunity and time to speak. Please allow others to express themselves without interruptions.

Rules of Engagement, cont.

Built Right, Ready to Fight

Individual meeting sessions are limited to 15 minutes, and will be timed to keep on schedule. Government personnel may require breaks between sessions.

Questions will be answered to the best of the panel’s knowledge of plans, desires, and general situation as it exists at this time. Please recognize we are in acquisition planning.

Contractor recommendations may or may not be incorporated into government documents.

Discussions will not venture into classified information.

Section L & M

Do not assume the Government has knowledge of your capabilities

• the Government can only evaluate those items you submitted as part of your proposal

• Do not simply rephrase or restate the Government’s requirements

Price & Technical

Proof of proper license and bonding with necessary capabilities outlined in the PWS

Meet critical timeline

Ability to successfully provide services in PWS 2, and 3

Must provide data from successfully completed similar efforts

Clearly state any exceptions to the RFP (paragraph 6.)

Any exceptions may result in an offer being ineligible for award
