NOTE: Items with an asterisk (*) will be provided “as is”, at contract start, but will not be repaired. refurbished, or replaced by the government. If these items become in disrepair, inoperative, or unsafe, the government will rid of these items and the contractor shall replace if the contractor needs and chooses to replace the item(s).

2. Government-Furnished Services.

2.1. Utilities. Gas, electricity, water, and sewage from existing sources and for use in the performance of this contract only.

2.2. Refuse Collection. Refuse pickup shall be provided by the government at Buildings 2180, 3024, and 9040. COR(s) shall advise the contractor of the type of refuse that may be disposed of in the container(s) provided. The contractor is strictly prohibited from disposing any type of barrels, oil, paint, etc. into refuse containers.

2.3. Insect and Rodent Control. The government shall provide insect (spiders, bees, mosquitoes, ants, etc.) and rodent control. The contractor shall contact the COR(s) when insect or rodent control is required.

2.4. Security Police and Fire Protection. The government shall provide Security Police and

Fire Protection services. The contractor shall post the following telephone numbers at Buildings

2180, 3024, and 9040, specifically in the office, break room and the work bays.

3. Contractor-Furnished Equipment. Except for those items or services specifically noted as government furnished property, services, or equipment, the contractor shall furnish everything needed to perform this contract according to all its terms. The contractor shall submit to the government a list of all supplies, equipment, and materials on AF-EMIS Form 3000 and a list of all chemicals on an AF-EMIS 3952. The following items shall be furnished by the contractor, however this listing is NOT all inclusive of the contractor furnished items and services required to perform this contract.

3.1. Telephone Service. An operating business telephone shall be maintained at all times.

This telephone number shall be given to the Contracting Officer, Chief of Contract Services

(CEOS) and COR(s) no later than the day prior to contract start date.

3.2. Custodial Services at the Facilities Provided to the Contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness of all areas used for offices, storage and maintenance of equipment. The areas shall be clean and neat, free of fire hazards, and free of unsanitary conditions and safety hazards. Areas are subject to inspection by the COR(s), Base

Safety Office, Fire Department and Environmental Office.

3.3. Grounds Maintenance of Compounds Furnished to Contractor. The compound areas surrounding Buildings 2180, 3024, and 9040 shall require mowing/trimming of grounds, erosion control, weed control, policing, etc. Contractor is strictly prohibited from dumping refuse, debris, etc., on the compound grounds. Sod shall be dumped at the on-base compost site and all debris shall be dumped into refuse containers provided by the government. The contractor shall ensure the lids on the oil-water separators located in the compound area(s) are in place at all times when tanks are not being serviced.
