NAVAL AIR STATION FORT WORTH,

JOINT RESERVE BASE

February 14, 2018

STATEMENT OF WORK

RENOVATE FACILITY TO ACCOMMODATE TEMPORARY MOVE OF LIFE

SUPPORT FLIGHT (BUILDING 1628)

Project # DDPM 180014

OVERVIEW:

In order to successfully relocate the Life Support Flight to an alternate facility (B1628), additional plumbing & electrical will have to be installed before a washer & dryer can be installed, plus the interior and exterior doors require new cipher locks in order to be properly secured. The current fire suppression system and the 7.5-horsepower (HP)/80-gallon air compressor with dryer are worn beyond repair and require a complete replacement at Building 1628/NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas. The B1628 Fire Suppression/Wet Sprinkler System covers a 2,680 Square Foot (SF) section of the facility. Replacement parts requested in this Statement of Work (SOW) shall be compatible with the existing B1628 fire suppression, compressed air, electrical, structural and plumbing systems.

SCOPE OF WORK:

All approvals and coordination for this scope of work shall be handled by the Contracting Officer (CO). The Contractor is to provide all equipment, material, and labor to perform the following scope of work to replace the fire suppression system, air compressor & dryer and miscellaneous electrical, structural and plumbing components located at B1628:

Building 1628 – Demolition Phase (Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Compressed Air and Fire Suppression)

1. The Contractor shall remove and recycle five (5) exterior lock sets located at Rooms 105, 107, 112, 114 and 115. Note: See attached DEMO Plan for exterior lock locations.

2. The Contractor shall remove and recycle four (4) interior lock sets located at

Rooms 105/107, 105/116, 113/116 and 115/116. Note: See attached DEMO Plan for interior lock locations.

3. The Contractor shall demolish and recycle one (1) cast iron utility sink located in

Room 109. Note: See attached DEMO Plan for sink location.

4. The Contractor shall demolish and recycle one (1) 7.5 horsepower (HP)/80-Gallon Air Compressor and one (1) Air Dryer located in the Mechanical Room (Room 119). Note: See attached DEMO Plan for air compressor & dryer location.

5. The Contractor shall cut a 5” diameter hole in the south CMU wall within Room 109 for the dryer vent kit. Note: See attached DEMO Plan for dryer vent hole location.

6. The Contractor shall demolish and recycle one (1) fire control panel and one (1) Monaco transceiver located in the Mechanical Room (Room 119). Note: See attached DEMO Plan for fire panel and transceiver locations.

7. The Contractor shall demolish and recycle three (3) fire alarm bells located in Room 105. Note: See attached DEMO Plan for fire alarm bell locations.

8. The Contractor shall demolish and recycle eleven (11) fire pull handle located throughout B1628.

9. The Contractor shall demolish and discard two (2) wall mounted audible strobe lights located in the Rest Rooms.

10. The Contractor shall demolish and discard one (1) ceiling mounted non-audible strobe light located in the Paint Booth.

11. The Contractor shall demolish and discard seven (7) ceiling mounted smoke detectors located in Rooms 101, 102, 103, 112, 114, 115 and 116.

12. The Contractor shall demolish and recycle approximately 250 Linear Feet (LF) of

3” diameter metal sprinkler system piping and approximately 100 LF of 1” diameter sprinkler system piping from Rooms 101, 101.1, 111, 110, 107, 108, 109, 104 and

119. Note: These rooms combined equate to 2,848 SF.

13. The Contractor shall demolish and recycle approximately thirty-three (33) sprinkler head in Rooms 101, 101.1, 111, 110, 107, 108, 109 and 104.

14. The Contractor shall demolish and recycle one (1) 3” fire suppression riser assembly located in the Mechanical Room (Room 119).

15. The Contractor shall demolish and recycle one (1) 3” Double Check Valve and One

(1) Control Valve located in the Mechanical Room (Room 119).

Note: All scrap metal, metal piping and metal plumbing components shall be transported to an off-base location for recycling.

Note: Building 1628 was constructed back in 1981. The last asbestos survey was conducted back in October of 2009 and the only area found to contain greater than 1% asbestos was the exterior window glazing at Room 113. The test sample came back positive for 7% chrysotile in this area. However, since demolition of the Room 113 window will not be included with this Statement of Work, asbestos abatement operations shall not be required for this project.

Building 1628 – Installation Phase

1. The Contractor shall purchase and install five (5) new series 5000 cipher lock sets on the exterior metal doors to Rooms 105, 107, 112, 114 and 115. All cipher locks contain ADA levers and accommodate Stanley Best 7-pin small interchangeable cores. Note: She attached Installation Plan for exact exterior door lock locations.

2. The Contractor shall install four (4) new series 1000 cipher lock sets at Rooms 105/107, 105/116, 113/116 and 115/116. Install a blank plate on the Room 107 side. Note: See attached Installation Plan for exact interior door lock

3. The Contractor shall install one (1) new 3’ x 7’ fire rated (90 minutes) metal door that swing from right to left entering Room 115 from Room 116. Note: The existing 3’4” x 7’2” metal door frame shall be reused.

4. The Contractor shall install one (1) new cold water hose bib, one (1) new hot water hose bib and one (1) new washer drain hose at the same location of the recently demolished cast iron sink in Room 109. Note: See attached Installation Plan for exact water & drain locations.

5. The Contractor shall run 220V power from the 100A panel located at the exterior door entering Room 105 to the clothes dryer located on the south end of Room

109. Note: See attached Installation Plan for 100A panel location.

6. The Contractor shall install one (1) new 250V, 30A, 4-wire, 60 Hz surface mounted receptacle on the south wall of Room 109 for the clothes dryer. Note: See attached Installation Plan for 250V receptacle location.

7. The Contractor shall run two (2) 110V, 20A circuits from the 100A panel located at the exterior door entering Room 105 to the wall that separates Rooms 113 & 114.

8. The Contractor shall install one (1) new surface mounted 110V, 20A receptacle on the north wall of Room 113 and one (1) new surface mounted 110V, 20 receptacle on the south wall of Room 114. Note: See attached Installation Plan for exact receptacle locations.

9. The Contractor shall install one (1) new 4” diameter vent kit for the dryer located in Room 109.

10. The Contractor shall install one (1) new 7.5 HP, 80-Gallon floor mounted air compressor rated at 230V, 50A, 3-phase, 60 Hz inside of Mechanical Room 119.

Run power from Panel A (Breakers 20, 22, 24) located in Mechanical Room 119.

11. The Contractor shall install one (1) new floor mounted compressed air dryer rated at 230V, 15A, single-phase, 60 Hz, ½ HP, 100 SCFM, 250 psi inside of Mechanical Room 119. Run power from Panel B (Breakers 37, 39, 41) located in Mechanical

Room 119. Note: See attached Installation Plan for Compressed Air Dryer and Panel B locations.

12. The Contractor shall install one (1) new Monaco Transceiver with Antenna inside Room 105 near the exterior door. Note: See Attached Installation Plan for Monaco Transceiver location.

13. The Contractor shall install one (1) new addressable Fire Panel with Voice inside

Room 105 near the exterior door. One (1) new battery back-up and one (1) new monitor module shall also be included. Note: See Attached Installation Plan for Fire Panel location.

14. The Contractor shall install a total of twenty-two (22) new Photoelectric Smoke

Detectors throughout Building 1628.

15. The Contractor shall install a total of eight (8) new Manual Pull Stations at each exit leaving Building 1628.

16. The Contractor shall install a total of twenty-two (22) new ceiling mounted Amber

Strobes (ADA) throughout Building 1628.

17. The Contractor shall install a total of twenty-two (22) new ceiling mounted ADA Strobe/Speakers throughout Building 1628.

18. The Contractor shall install 120V, NAC and SLC Surge Suppression for the new

Building 1628 fire suppression system.

19. The Contractor shall install all necessary Conduit, Junction Boxes and Cabling for the new Building 1628 fire suppression system.

20. The Contractor shall install one (1) new 3” Wet Pipe Riser Assembly, one (1) new

3” Double Check Valve and one (1) new 3” Control Valve in Mechanical Room 119.

Note: See attached Installation Plan for Riser location.

21. The Contractor shall install approximately 250 LF of new 3” Schedule 10 Metal

Pipe and 100 LF of new 1” Schedule 10 Metal Pipe throughout Building 1628.

22. The Contractor shall install thirty-five (35) new Wet Pipe Sprinkler Heads throughout Building 1628 to including the room that already have a Wet Pipe Sprinkler system plus Room 106.

Note: All new metal piping, fire protection equipment, compressed air equipment, locksets, doors, electrical, plumbing components and other related material selections shall be approved by the 301st Contracting Office appointed Contracting Surveillance Representative (CSR) before work is to begin.

Note: In order to properly install some of the metal piping for this project, brazing/soldering shall be required. The Contracting Surveillance Representative (CSR) shall obtain the burn permit from the base fire department at no charge to the Contractor.

Note: The Contractor shall submit shop drawings to the CO for approval before work is to begin. These shop drawings shall include the proposed fire suppression system, compressed air system, electrical circuits, plumbing and locksets.

1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

1.1. The CSR will approve an area within or outside of Building 1628 that will be made available for the contractor’s temporary storage facility for materials, tools, etc.

1.2. The Contractor shall visibly mark the exterior of each work site in order to prevent unauthorized personnel entry, and control for impacts from dust, noise, and debris.

1.3. All Work under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services necessary and incidental thereto.

1.4. All approvals and coordination for this SOW shall be handled by the CO.

1.5. Building 1628 must meet building code requirements for electrical, structural, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection.

1.6 Identification of Employees - The Prime Contractor shall ensure that all personnel employed on the construction project are identified as contractor personnel. Prime and subcontractor personnel shall wear identifying markings approved by the CO. (i.e. hard hats or clothing clearly identifying the Company for whom the employee works).

1.7. Employee Parking - Contractor employees shall park privately owned vehicles in an area designated by the CO. Construction Contractor parking will be made available as close to the Work Site as possible; however, shall not interfere with existing and established parking requirements of government employees.

1.8. Job Site Tools and Equipment - All hand tools and equipment shall be maintained in good working order and properly stored when not in use.

Construction attire shall be in accordance with applicable OSHA regulations.

1.9. Sanitation – Government toilet facilities will be available for Contractor personnel.

1.10. CLEANUP/GENERATED REFUSE

1.10.1. At the end of each Working day, the Prime Contractor shall ensure the work site is cleaned up. All construction debris, waste materials, packaging material, and the like shall be disposed of in a contractor provided covered dumpster. Location of the dumpster shall be at the direction of the CO. Cleanup of the work site shall include the construction area(s), material storage area (s), parking and eating

Page | 6 area(s), and any other area(s) affected by the construction process. Any dirt or mud which is tracked on to any Base street, parking area, sidewalk, patio, or driveway shall be cleaned away daily.

1.10.2. The Contractor shall take positive action to prevent work generated refuse from entering the sewer system. The project waste dumpster site shall be kept clean with the container removed regularly to prevent overflow.

The prime contractor shall be held responsible for ensuring that the subcontractor responsible for removing the dumpster maintains control of the contents, not allowing any spillage while on NAS Fort Worth JRB property.

1.11. Occupational Safety – The Contractor shall be subject to No Notice Inspections under Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Program by Inspectors of the Department of Labor.

2. SEVERE WEATHER

2.1. Upon receipt by the CO of a severe weather warning with anticipated winds of 35 knots or higher, the following sequence of actions shall be carried out:

2.1.1. The CO will notify the Prime Contractor of the severe weather warning.

2.1.2. The Contractor shall take immediate action to tie down, remove, protect, and/or secure construction materials and equipment to the satisfaction of the CO in order to reasonably assure that Government property will not be damaged.

2.1.3. If the Contractor fails or refuses to secure materials and equipment to the satisfaction of the CO Inspector, the Work will be accomplished by CO personnel and the cost thereof charged to the Contractor.

3. MATERIALS

3.1. The Contractor furnished materials shall include all associated equipment and appurtenances required for performing the Work and in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's literature. Material shall be as specified in the approved Design and subject to approval by the CO.

3.2. Material not definitely specified shall be of quality used for the purpose in Commercial practice. Items not specified but required for the proper installation or repair of a specified item or work shall be provided. Items shall be of the proper type, size, and material for the use intended.

3.3. All construction materials utilized shall remain in the Standard English measuring system.

4. EXPLOSIVE OPERATED HANDTOOLS

4.1. The Contractor shall comply with OSHA Standard 1910.243(d) when utilizing explosive operated hand tools. Storage of explosive cartridges on the

Installation shall be in metal containers and limited to one (1) days' supply.

The Construction Contractor shall provide adequate controls to prevent loss/theft of cartridges used and stored on the Installation.

4.2. The Contractor shall comply with AFMAN 91-201, NAVSEA OP 5, and

NASFTWJRBINST 8000.3J when storing explosive cartridges for power tools. The Contractor shall notify the 301st Fighter Wing Weapons Safety Manager, the Navy Explosives Safety Officer, and the Navy Fire Department of the location of the stored explosive cartridges and the exact type of each explosive cartridge.

5. INTERRUPTION OF UTILITY SERVICES

5.1. When possible make utility cutovers and interruptions after normal working hours or on Saturdays, Sundays, and Government holidays. Conform to procedures required in the Paragraph ‘Work Outside Regular Hours.’

5.2. Ensure that new utility lines are complete, except for the connection, before interrupting existing service.

5.3. Interruption to water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, telephone service, electric service, air conditioning, heating, fire alarm, compressed air, and gas shall be considered utility cutovers pursuant to the Paragraph entitled ‘Work Outside Regular Hours.

5.4. Operation of Station Utilities: The Contractor shall not operate nor disturb the setting of control devices in the Station Utilities System, including water, sewer, electrical, and steam services. The Government will operate the control devices as required for normal conduct of the Work. The Contractor shall notify the CO giving reasonable advance notice when such operation is required.

6. PRE-OUTAGE COORDINATION MEETING

6.1. Contractors are required to apply to the CO for utility outages (water, gas, short term electric, and fire protection) at least fourteen (14) working days in advance. Major power outages require a twenty-eight (28) day lead time.

6.2. The request should include, at a minimum, the location of the outage, utilities being affected, duration of outage and any necessary sketches.

6.3. No work will be performed on energized electrical circuits unless proof is provided that no other means exist.

7. WASTE MANAGEMENT

7.1. The Prime Contractor shall provide a list of specific waste materials that will be salvaged for resale, or recycled.

7.2. A Waste Tracker Form shall be submitted to the CO at least once monthly documenting all waste products removed from the project site and all material taken for recycling/reuse.

8. EXISTING WORK

8.1. The Contractor shall protect existing work which is to remain in place, be reused, or remain the property of the Government.

8.2. Facilities: The Contractor shall protect electrical and mechanical services and utilities. Where removal of existing utilities and pavement is specified or indicated, provide approved barricades, temporary covering of exposed areas, and temporary services or connections for electrical and mechanical utilities.

8.3. Dust and Debris Control: The Contractor shall prevent the spread of dust and debris to occupied portions of the Building and avoid the creation of a nuisance or hazard in the surrounding area. Waste and debris resulting from the work being performed shall be cleaned up daily and promptly removed from the activity.

9. WORKMANSHIP

9.1. Workmanship: Skilled personnel shall execute in a careful, neat, and proficient manner, and in compliance with accepted trade practices and prevailing industry standards. All work, including design, shall be executed in accordance with Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC), Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), Uniform Building Code (UBC), National Electrical Code NFPA 70, Life Safety Code NFPA 101, The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System 40 CFR 122, OSHA standards, and specifically, 29 CFR 1910 and 29 CFR 1926. All work on this Contract shall comply with all Local, State, and Federal Environmental Laws.

10. WORK EXECUTION

10.1. SCHEDULE

10.1.1. Work will be accomplished around the work schedule of the building occupants, normally 0730-1630 hours, Monday-Friday. No work will be scheduled on weekends without prior written approval by the CO.

10.2. COORDINATION

10.2.1. Before commencing work on a specific area, the Contractor shall determine that all requirements pertaining to scheduling of the Work, the time approved by the CO for commencement of the Work, and the coordination with the BCE Contract Surveillance Representative are being complied with.

10.2.2. The Contractor shall further determine that all required Notices have been given and Permits have been obtained (utility outages, road closures, digging, hot work, SW3P, etc.).

10.3. SCHEDULING AND SEQUENCE OF WORK

10.3.1. The Work shall be completed to minimize interference with the normal functions of the Government.

10.3.2. Prior to beginning any work, the Contractor shall meet with the CO in order that an approved schedule and Sequence of Work may be arranged.

10.3.3. Building 1628 shall be unoccupied during the course of the construction phase of the project.

11. DEFINITIONS

11.1. As used herein, replace means provide new materials to replace existing or missing materials.

11.2. As used herein, install means provide and install new materials per approved design and specifications.

11.3. Minor Materials and Work: Minor materials and work not specifically mentioned herein but necessary for the proper completion of the specified work shall be furnished without additional cost to the Government.

11.4. Unforeseen Major Repairs: Should deteriorated materials of a major nature be uncovered in the course of the Work, it shall be brought to the attention of the CO. Repairs shall be made as directed in writing, and an adjustment will be made in the Contract Price in accordance with the terms of a Contract Modification.

11.5. Existing Work: Where existing work is changed or removed, or where new work adjoins, connects to, or abuts existing work, the existing work shall be altered as necessary and connected in a substantial and workmanlike manner.

11.6. All new work shall match, as nearly as practicable, existing, adjoining, and/or adjacent similar work.

11.7. Operations affecting existing work shall be conducted with care to prevent damage to work in place, and all existing work damaged by such operations shall be rectified or replaced without additional expense to the Government.

12. DRAWINGS ACCOMPANYING SPECIFICATIONS

12.1. Basic Drawings for this Project are provided in the Attachments. These

Drawings and Images are for Official Use Only to provide information to the Contractors in order to propose on this Project. The Drawings are only for the Contractor’s use and are not to be disseminated to other parties that are not directly associated with this Project. Primary Construction Contractors shall pass the Drawing Dissemination Policy on to any Subcontractors that may have a need for the information. The intent of making the Drawings available

Page | 10 is to support the general SOW and estimated work. The Drawings are for reference purposes only and it is the responsibility of the Construction Contractor to verify the accuracy of the Drawings and validate all critical measurements.

1.1.1. The Contractor is responsible for verification of all details, measurement, etc., prior to ordering materials and execution of the Work. Contractors shall inspect all Site conditions necessary to base their Bid.

13. PROJECT DESIGN DELIVERABLES (FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM)

13.1. DESIGN CONTRACT DRAWINGS

13.1.1. Final Design Drawings and Specifications are a Contract deliverable and submittal requirement. Drawings and Specifications shall become the property of the Government.

13.1.2. All Final Contract Drawing submittals shall be well prepared, complete, and accomplished in accordance with the best professional practice to show clearly and concisely the type and extent of Work to be performed. The Drawings shall be drawn to appropriate scales and dimensioned completely and accurately. Extensive explanatory notes on the Drawings should be held to a minimum or placed in specifications. Dimensions shall be shown in Standard English units.

Standard building material indications and symbols for architectural items and for mechanical and electrical equipment shall be used to the greatest extent possible. Drawings shall be delivered in hard copy, standard black line quality paper, at the conclusion of the construction project. The 100% Final Drawings shall be half size (11” x 17”).

13.1.3. The Contractor shall be allowed to work as their own in-house design architect for the purpose of this design deliverable.

13.1.4. The Contract will not be required to disclose the name of their Design Manager for the purpose of this design deliverable.

13.2. PROJECT FINAL DRAWING STANDARDS

13.2.1. Drawings shall be prepared on AutoCAD 2015 or compatible format.

Four (4) hard copies of As-Constructed Drawings shall be submitted to the Government upon completion of Construction and shall be reviewed for accuracy. Upon approval, the Construction Contractor shall provide two (2) electronic versions of the As-Constructed Drawings on AutoCAD 2015 or compatible format, and as .PDF to the Government on CD/DVD. The Drawings shall be drawn to appropriate scales and dimensioned completely and accurately. Extensive explanatory notes on the Drawings should be held to a minimum.

Dimensions shall be shown in Standard English units. Standard building material indications and symbols for architectural items and for mechanical and electrical equipment shall be used to the greatest extent possible.

Note: All measurements, dimensions, and materials identified or described by the Government is for reference purposes only and need to be field validated by the Contractor.

13.3. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS

13.3.1. Submit (2) copies for each facility of the project operation and maintenance manuals prior to final invoice.

13.3.2. Operation and Maintenance Manuals must include manufacturer's standard brochures, schematics, printed instructions, general operating procedures, and safety precautions.

13.3.3. Bind information in manual format and grouped by technical sections.

13.3.4. Organize data by separate index and tabbed sheets, in a loose-leaf binder. Binder must lie flat with printed sheets that are easy to read.

Caution and warning indications must be clearly labeled.

14. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

14.1. CONTRACTOR PROJECT MANAGER: The Contractor shall name and assign a responsible person as Project Manager. He/she shall maintain the Project File to contain all correspondence and criteria pertinent to this Project and shall provide the CO with the names of the individuals responsible for preparation and coordination of the Project Work.

14.2. COORDINATION: During the progress of the Work, the Contractor shall confer with the CO as required, to assure approval and coordination of the completed Work.

15. CRITERIA AND STANDARDS

15.1. The Contractor shall prepare Final Design Material in accordance with criteria and applicable publications, standards, instructions, and manuals listed below, or publications standards, instructions, and manuals previously furnished to the Contractor, hereby made a part of this SOW, and supplemental detailed instructions which shall be issued by the CO during the progress of the Work (this is only a partial list and should not be construed as limiting the Standards which may apply to this Project).

15.1.1. Per UFGS 01 78 00, Section 1.7.1, the Contractor shall “assemble approved information in a binder and turn over to the Government upon acceptance of the work.” The Government will also accept electronic versions of the warranty binder. Binder or CD label should include Building Number, Contract Number, and Contract Name. Binder or CD shall contain the following items:

15.1.1.1. Name of the item(s)

15.1.1.2. Model and serial numbers

15.1.1.3. Location where installed

15.1.1.4. Name and phone numbers of manufacturers or suppliers

15.1.1.5. Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of sources of spare parts

15.1.1.6. Warranties and terms of warranty. Include one-year

overall warranty of construction, including the starting date of warranty of construction. Items which have extended warranties must be indicated with separate warranty expiration dates.

15.1.1.7. Cross-reference to warranty certificates as applicable

15.1.1.8. Starting point and duration of warranty period

15.1.1.9. Summary of maintenance procedures required to continue the warranty in force.

15.1.1.10. Cross-reference to specific pertinent Operation and Maintenance manuals.

15.1.1.11. Organization, names and phone numbers of persons to call for warranty service.

15.1.1.12. Typical response time and repair time expected for various warranted equipment.

15.1.1.13. All Operation & Maintenance manuals

15.1.1.14. All preventative maintenance plans

15.1.1.15. All Waste Track Forms for Solid Waste & Recyclable Material

15.2. The Design shall include the use of recovered materials and achievement of waste reduction and energy efficiency in Facility designs in any Projects or Services such as writing specifications, selecting materials, or preparing drawings. Recovered materials should only be used or specified where economically feasible. Some acceptable recoverable materials would include carpet made from recovered materials, blanket insulation, board insulation, building insulation, cellulose fiber loose fill, hydraulic mulch, laminated paperboard, loose fill insulation, mineral fiber insulation, paper, paper products, and post-consumer materials. Recovered material means waste materials and byproducts that have been recovered or diverted from solid waste.

15.3. Energy efficiency would include efficient designs and layout, insulation, use of energy efficient equipment, energy audits, and surveys. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying the CO of any missing criteria needed for his/her Work.

15.4. Construction must meet all the latest Federal, State, and Local Building Codes.

16. SITE VISITATION

Prior to submitting proposals, it is highly recommended that prospective contractors visit the site in order to satisfy themselves as to the nature of the project site, details, character, and amount of work to be accomplished. The Contractor is responsible for the verification of all statement of work details, critical measurements, drawing specification and dimensions, etc., prior to preparation of their proposal, ordering of materials, and execution of work. Failure to attend a site visit shall not relieve the contractor of responsibility for being knowledgeable of those conditions that can only be readily observed by attending a site visit.

Site visitation may be arranged by the CO.

17. TIME OF COMPLETION

The Contractor shall submit a planned performance period for review and acceptance by the Government.
