− Approximate monthly usage is 3 per each product per month

8) It was noted during the site visit that a shower wash dispenser was within all shower facilities; however this product is not highlighted in Exhibit 1 G. If this product is required to be provided, the monthly usage table would need to be amended.

− Not required; in-house performance

9) Whose responsibility is it to replace broken, loss or damaged Deb product dispensers, toilet roll holders and

Hand towel dispensers?

− The 422nd MDS will be responsible

10) National Commitments – 4.4.1 – We would like to understand more of the likelihood and expectation of this requirement. Therefore can you provide any historic data concerning when this has occurred previously.
