APPENDIX H – RPA SERVICE SUMMARY

1.0 All metrics in this appendix shall be measured and evaluated on a calendar month basis and on a site by site basis. Standards are set by HQ ACC or the Government Program Office as applicable and are subject to annual adjustments by the government. The contractor shall meet or exceed these established metrics. Metrics/Standards are defined in PWS Section B, Services Summary & Appendix H.

5.0 Launch and Recovery
5.1 Deployed Operational Deviation Rate < 3%
The Ops Deviation Rate is calculated by dividing the total number of identified deviations attributed to aircrews with one or two contractor members divided by the total number of takeoffs performed by aircrew with one or two contractor members. Deviations for maintenance, weather, air traffic control are not included in this calculation. An ops deviation is recorded when the aircraft takes off 15 or more minutes before or 15 or more minutes after the scheduled time per the air tasking order.
5.2 LRE Aircrew Annual and Spot Check Ride Pass Rate
100% Q1/Q2 ratings with no more than one Q2 rating per calendar quarter. Zero Q3 ratings allowed.
