MEMORANDUM FOR ALL ATTENDEES

SUBJECT: Site Visit Meeting Minutes: FA4877-16-Q-0477, 943 MXS Sunshade Removal & Install

1. On 1 September 2016 at 10:00AM, an optional site visit was held for subject contract at the 943rd Maintenance Squadron Flightline. The following individuals were in attendance:

2. Summary of Discussion: The following topics were discussed during the meeting:

Site visit attendees were given the opportunity to assess the sunshade and grounds.

Those who requested and received authorization to take photos on the flightline took the time to do so.

Maj Dossman (customer) reiterated that this requirement does not include lighting.

Lighting may be procured as a separate acquisition in the future. The current sunshade does not contain underground power.

There will be a vendor access gate to the flightline after gaining access to DMAFB through Swan Gate IAW the Sunshade Removal PWS Par. 1.1.2.4. A flightline driving course is not required. The contractor personnel will be escorted each day for area access.

Scrap metal and debris will be separated IAW the Sunshade Removal PWS Par. 1.1.2.3.

and Par. 1.1.2.5.

It has not been confirmed whether protective perimeter fencing is required for this project. For now, please proceed as if fencing is optional.

This requirement does not require any removal or leveling of concrete. The sunshade installation will be performed entirely on concrete, not asphalt.
