As‐built Submittal Guidelines
Project As‐Builts shall be submitted on a CD/DVD with a printed label and follow these guidelines. The government will NO LONGER accept As‐Builts that do not follow these guidelines or are missing information (i.e.
Incorrect file structures, CD's that contain any hand written information, BROKEN OR INCOMPLETE File links, ect.)
CD label shall contain the following information:

Folder must include all geometry type files (point, line, and/or polygon) that compose a shapefile for GIS (.DBF, .PRJ, .SBN, .SBX, .SHP, .SHX).

Project Sequence numbers pertain to the entire project whereas Sheet type sequence numbers represent the number within the respective Sheet types. All sequence numbers shall begin with "01" with the exception of the "Cover Sheet". "00" shall be used to identify the "Cover Sheet".
Plan Type Designators are not required but may be used at the Users descretion.

Discipline
Below Is a list of Typical Discipline and plan type designators along with a list for typical Sheet Type Designators.
Designator codes shall consist of a Discipline Designator, Plan type designator, Sheet type designator and the
Sheet sequence number. Designator codes will follow this format:
AutoCAD File Naming Convention
All Drawing and PDF file names shall consist of the Project number, Sequence number, Discipline designator, and
Sheet Title. All four MANDATORY fields shall be separated by a hyphen "‐". Files will follow this format:
