Combat Arms Lead Abatement Statement of Work Amendment 01 June 2018
This is an amendment to FA465918Q0030: Combat Arms Lead Abatement services at Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205. The following changes shall be made to section 3 Period of Performance of the statement of work (SOW).
3.1 The contractor shall have 60 calendar days After Reciept of Award (ARO) to mobilize and be on site.
3.2 The Period of Performance for this requirement shall be 21 calendar days, where services shall be completed within/not to exceed 14 calendar days. The contractor shall furnish test result report for lead level testing by a third party EPA certified Lead
Inspector or EPA Risk Assessor and submitted to the CO within 7 calendar days after completion of lead abatement.
