This is an amendment to answer questions about Combat Arms Lead Abatement services at Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205.
1. These are the clarifications to the questions about Combat Arms Lead Abatement. Information about a general site visit to the shooting range is below as well.
| Q1. | What is the size and quantity of the HEPA filters? Are the HEPA filters wood or metal? |
| A: | HEPA Filters 24 inches X 11 ½ inches X 24 inches, metal, 16 EACH and Pre Filters 24 inches X 24 inches X 2 inches, MERV 10 Standard Pleated, 16 EACH |
| Q2. | Provide detailed drawings showing all ducting and mechanical units and define what areas are to be cleaned. |
| A: | Detailed Drawings provided in attachment. Please refer to Section 2.4 Filtration System of the Statement of Work on areas that are in need of cleaning. |
| Q3. | What is the size of the entrance to the shooting range to allow access for equipment? |
| A: | The maximum opening into the area is 16.5 inches wide and 84 inches high. Due to safety reasons, adding a new large opening will not be possible. | Q4. | Where is the nearest hose bib located to hook up a water hose? What about a mop sink? |
| A: | Nearest water bib is connected to the instructor office which is approximately 20 feet from the front entry way of the Shooting Range building. For a mop sink, there will be one inside the instructor building which is approximately 40 feet from the front entry way of the Shooting Range building. |
