2. Provide a floor plan for the command post building with approximate measurements and equipment locations, included as Attach. 2 – Floor Plan (Amend 02).

3. Extend the due date of quotes from 1 April 2025 at 1:00 PM PT to 8 April 2025 at 1:00 PM PT to provide offerors an additional week after the site visit to finalize quotes.

Q1: Can you provide room dimensions where the data wall is to be installed?

A1: The dimensions of the room are 26’x27’

Q2: How many simultaneous operators does the system need to support at any given one time?

A2: The system must support at least two simultaneous operators, with possible expansion in the future. See section 3.2.2 of the Statement of Work (SOW) for additional details.

Q3: Is the contractor expected to provide desks/consoles for the system to be run from, or is the government providing consoles/desks where the system can be set up? If government provided, what are the dimensions/characteristics of the consoles/desks.

A3: The government will be providing the desks/consoles from which the system will be run from. The dimensions are not yet known as the furniture has not yet been finalized. The government anticipated knowing the dimensions in the coming weeks but cannot promise that they will be available prior to the due date of quotes.

Q4: How many CPUs are required per operator?

A4: The government requires 1 Console/CPU per operator.

Q5: How many computers are required per operator? How many monitors are required per operator? What are their dimensions?

A5: 1 computer is required per operator and 2 monitors are required at each operator location. The monitors shall be approximately 14” tall by 24” wide.

Q6: Are power distributions/power strips required at each operator station?

A6: Power distributions/power strips are required at each operator station.

Q7: Is it required to have power and data grommets integrated into console work surfaces?

A7: See answer to question 3. The government will be providing the desks/consoles and there will be access to power and data grommets on the worksurface.

Q8: Are task lights required for operators?

A8: Task lights are only required at the podium operator location, not at each desk/console location.

Amendment 02 Page 3

NIPR/SIPR.

Q21: Should the video wall be eight (8) individual screens or one (1) large screen that can show eight (8) different displays simultaneously?

A21: The government’s preference is for one seamless display with the ability to show 8 individual inputs.

This is not a requirement, and 8 individual screens are also acceptable.

The only requirement per the SOW is that the contractor provide a, “modern LED Data Wall solution that can display up to 8 independent sources in multiple layouts from our unclassified /classified data sources

(NIPR/SIPR).”

Q22: Would you like to view streaming network video directly on your video wall?

Q30: Would the Government please provide more information around what being WCO tempest complaint means and how vendors should go about achieving this?

A30: TEMPEST compliance relates to how system is built to prevent the bleed over of emanations from SIPR to NIPR. For example, if all signals for the control panel go through one device, then that device must be TEMPEST compliant.

Q31: Is there a current incumbent and who are they?

A31: This is a new requirement and there is no incumbent.
